Refund policy

Returns

Ghee and saffron are food products, and ghee is packed in glass. For hygiene and safety we do not accept returns.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Lost parcels

If the courier loses your parcel, we refund the full order value.
